Faculty and Staff can open a support ticket two ways.
- Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide a brief summary of your needs. You will get an automated response with a reference number and your issue will be prioritized and addressed as soon as possible.
- For more urgent issues, for both ITS and IMC, call the Help Desk at x6535.
- If the issue is impeding instruction, please let us know immediately.
Limited hours of operation:
Our hours of operations for all support services during the campus closure are Monday - Thursday (8:00am - 5:00pm) & Friday (8:00am - 11:30am).
Students will find myAVC support at (661) 722.6605. You must have your 900 Student ID Number to get support through this line.
We try very hard to have someone available to take your call, occasionally during high volume periods that is not possible. If you get voicemail during our normal hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call promptly.
